Ron Cohen, NRG’s Principal began his recruitment career in 1997 for Salem Executive Search in Manhattan where he created and developed a Technology-focused practice area.
After six years and building highly effective teams at Salem, Ron founded NRG Search to help tech clients fill critical Sales, Sales Engineering and Leadership positions across the U.S.. Today, Ron’s clients include Fortune 1000 tech leaders and VC-funded startups.
Prior to recruiting, Ron’s earlier career includes enterprise sales for Western Union and MCI and Communications and during his tenure at Hitachi, USA, (now IPC Systems) he successfully launched the Trading Floor Solutions division selling to global banks and financial institutions in New York City.
With extensive, hands-on experience as an individual contributor, manager and team-builder, Ron understands the distinct challenges faced by hiring managers and HR teams in today's dynamic sales environments and is a proven asset to satisfy your unique organizational needs and culture.
